Applying Store Credit to a Previous Order
We understand that you may prefer to place an order before trading in your current device. If that's the case, you'll be pleased to know that you can still take advantage of our store credit bonus. Here's how it works:
Once your trade-in is complete, simply let our team know that you would like to apply your store credit to a previous order instead of receiving it as credit to your online account. We'll refund the amount of your final valuation to the original payment method you used for the order.
This process can help limit any downtime, but it's important to note that we won't be able to process a free data transfer for you. Additionally, you'll be required to pay the full amount for your order before receiving any funds back.
If you've already received your store credit deposit to your account, don't worry. We can remove the funds and refund you the amount to your original payment method.
However, please keep in mind that the payment date of your order must be within 30 days of receiving your final valuation for us to process the refund. If it's been more than 30 days, you will only be able to receive a store credit to your account.
