Once we receive your item, it will be thoroughly inspected by our technical department to ensure that the condition and specification you entered in your quote matches the device we've received. If there are no discrepancies, your trade-in will be fast-tracked to our payment team.
However, if a revision is needed, we will notify you promptly and provide detailed notes from our technician. Photos can be provided on request. It's important to note that any discrepancies can result in a delay in payment, so filling in our form accurately will prevent any surprises.
We strive to pay all quotes within two working days of receiving your device, but this timeline can be affected by revisions or the presence of an Activation or Find My lock. In these cases, payment may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
