Store-Credit: All You Need To Know
If you're considering trading in your device, you might be interested in store credit as a payment option. Here's what you need to know about it:
When you choose store credit as your payment method for your trade-in, we add an extra ten percent to your trade-in value. For example, if your device is worth £500, we will give you £550 in credit. This means you can save money on your next purchase from us.
We add your store credit payment to the account you registered when you submitted your device for trade-in. This is where you'll see your funds.
To check your store credit balance, you can follow this link and log in to your account. If you do not see your funds, please ensure you're logged into the correct account.
When making your purchase, we first apply any discount codes to your order total. Then, you can use your store credit account funds to either reduce the total of your order or pay for it entirely if you have enough credit. If there is still an amount to pay, you can checkout via any of our normal payment methods, including finance.
Please note that your store credit will not be added to your account until we've received your item and approved your valuation. This means that the funds will not be available for use until the trade-in process is complete.
If you'd prefer to place an order before you trade in your current device, you're still eligible for the store credit bonus. Please let our team know, and you'll be refunded the amount of your final valuation instead of it being credited to your online account.
Please keep in mind that the payment date of your order must be within 30 days of receiving your final valuation for us to process the refund. If it's been more than 30 days, you will only be able to receive a store credit to your account.
We hope this information has been helpful. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
