Changing Your Payment Details for a Trade-In
If you need to change your payment details or have made an error during the submission process, you will need to notify us immediately. Please send an email from the email address you provided on your trade-in quote to confirm the changes. The email should include your trade-in reference number, address, the model of item you're trading in, and the new payment details.
If you're providing bank details, we require the name on the account (e.g. MR A SMITH), sort code, and account number. For payment via PayPal, we only need your PayPal email address. If you choose to receive store credit, the bonus 10% will be added to your account, and the payout will be sent to the account you registered when you submitted your quote.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete payment details. Therefore, we advise you to double-check all the information before submitting it to us.
