How to Pack Multiple Items and Accessories for Trade-in
When submitting multiple items for trade-in, packing and labelling each item correctly is essential. Our packaging is designed for one device and its corresponding accessories, so we will provide separate boxes for each item. This will help prevent damage during transit and ensure a smooth trade-in process.
If you have accessories for a MacBook, Mac mini, or Mac Studio, the box you receive will have a separate compartment for the charger or power cable. Do not put the accessories in the retention insert alongside the device, as this can risk damaging the device. Make sure to place the accessories in the separate compartment.
For iMacs, the foam insert surrounding the iMac has a recess at the top for the power cable, keyboard, and mouse. Make sure to put these accessories in the recess to avoid any damage during transit.
If you have multiple trade-ins, make sure to use separate boxes and to properly label each box with the corresponding trade-in reference. This will help ensure that each item is processed quickly and accurately.
