What to Do if You Haven't Received Your Box for Your Trade-in Shipment
If you've recently submitted a trade-in and are waiting for your packaging to arrive, you may wonder what to do if it hasn't yet. In this support article, we'll outline some steps you can take to track your shipment and get the packaging you need.
Check Your Email for the Dispatch Notice
If you're waiting for your packaging to send your item via a drop-off point or for a home collection, the first thing to do is to check your email for the dispatch notice. This email will have the subject line "Collection Pack Dispatched #*|RefNo|*" and will contain a track shipment button that you can use to see where your package is.
If Your Packaging Won't Arrive Before Your Home Collection
If your home collection is coming up soon, and your packaging hasn't arrived yet, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help you make alternate arrangements to get your packaging in time or rearrange your collection.
If You Didn't Receive a Packaging Dispatched Email
If you didn't receive a dispatch notification email, it's possible that you selected that you did not need packaging when you submitted your trade-in. You can check your trade-in confirmation email to see if you selected whether you required a collection pack.
If You Do Need a Collection Pack
If you require a collection pack, and one hasn't been dispatched to you, please contact our team, and we'll arrange to have one sent out to you as soon as possible. If you have the original box for your item, we can send you the outer packaging for your boxed item to go into.
If You Missed Your Delivery
If you repeatedly miss the delivery of your collection pack and DPD returns the packaging to us there is a £15 fee applicable before we will re-dispatch the collection pack to you.
