How to Cancel Your Trade-In and What to Expect
At times, you may change your mind about trading in your device. That is okay. We understand that customers may have second thoughts about their offer, and we provide a hassle-free cancellation process. Here is what you need to know about cancelling your trade-in:
- Cancellation window: You can cancel your trade-in at any time until we have paid you. Once you've been paid, we own the item, and you cannot cancel the trade-in. We do not need a reason for the cancellation; you're entitled to change your mind anytime.
- Cancelling before shipping: If your item has not been shipped to us, let our team know, and we can cancel any collections or collection pack deliveries. Suppose you have received a collection pack and decide to cancel your sale before collection or drop-off. In that case, you will be required to pay a fee of £15, and an electronic invoice will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can send the box back.
- Cancelling after receiving the item: If we have received your item, and you have not been paid, you can cancel the trade-in and have your device returned free of charge.
