How to Return an Item Within the Cooling Off Period
At MacFinder, we understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about a purchase. That's why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day you receive your order, during which you can return your items if you no longer want them.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us to discuss the return process. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in the same condition and specification as when it was originally shipped (including any warranty labels unbroken), we will promptly issue a refund.
If the item is damaged or has been altered in any way, we may not be able to process a refund.
