Missing Items in Your Order
We apologise if you received an order that is missing items. If this is the case, please contact our support team, and we will ship the missing item to you immediately.
Before contacting us, please take a moment to check all the compartments of the box, especially if you purchased a device that should come with accessories such as a charger. Our packaging is designed to separate the accessories from the primary device in order to protect it during transit. To assist you in locating the compartments, we have provided photos that show where they are located in the box.
