Please note that there is a deadline for cancellations, which is usually 15:30 on the business day before your estimated or selected delivery date. After this time, your order may have already entered the final stage of fulfilment and could be with the courier. In this case, we will make every effort to recall the package, but if it's not possible, you will need to proceed through the returns process instead.
