Changing Your Order: How to Make Adjustments

You can make adjustments to your order right up until it reaches the final stage of fulfilment, which is usually around 15:30, the working day before your estimated or selected delivery date. To do this, simply contact our specialist sales team, and they will assist you with the change(s).
If an additional payment is required, our team will let you know and prompt you to make the payment promptly. Your order will not ship until all funds have been received. If a refund is necessary, our team will take care of that for you as well.
