Packaging Requirements for Returning Your Item
If you need to return an item to MacFinder, it's important to ensure that it's packaged correctly to avoid any damage during transit. Please follow the guidelines below when packaging your item for return:
Use the Original Packaging
We recommend using the original packaging we provided with the system whenever possible. We use specialist packaging designed specifically for your items, and using it will help ensure that the item is protected during transit.
Using Equivalent Packaging
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use equivalent packaging. Products must be surrounded by at least 3-4 inches of bubble wrap, foam, or similar product before being placed into a strong cardboard box. When the item is in the box, it must not be able to move freely. Ensure that it is securely wrapped and protected from any potential impact.
Include All Items
When returning an item to MacFinder, including all items provided with it is essential unless otherwise discussed with our team. For repairs, it allows us to test everything together; having all components of your order assists significantly in identifying any possible issues. If you're returning your order, anything missing will be deducted from the amount you receive.
