How We Handle Refunds for Returns

Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including debit or credit cards, PayPal, finance, and bank transfer. We'll refund you via the original payment method when returning an item. So, if you paid with a debit card, we'll refund the funds back to that card.
Finance Products
If you used a finance product to pay for your order, PayPal would add the credit to your account balance. If you're only partially refunded, your monthly payments will be recalculated based on the remaining balance. This means that you won't be overcharged or undercharged for your purchase.
Refund Timeframes
We understand that you would like to receive your refund as soon as possible. We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. However, depending on your payment method, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Additional Notes
Please note that we can only refund the item's original purchase price. If you used a discount code or promotion, we'd only refund the amount that you paid. Also, if you paid using Store Credit, we'll refund the funds back to your account.
