Returning Your Purchase
Our standard returns policy applies to all items unless otherwise stated.
Consumer's Right to Change Their Mind
If you are a consumer, you have the right to change your mind during the cooling-off period, which is 14 days following the day you receive the item. If you receive the items in multiple shipments, you have from the day following the receipt of the last item.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you can return the item during the cooling-off period for a refund. We will arrange shipment of the item to our premises. Once the cooling-off period has ended, you are entitled to a replacement or repair under our standard warranty.
Sealed or Single-Use Goods
If you have purchased sealed or single-use goods such as software, you can exercise the right to change your mind if the goods are still sealed or unused during the cooling-off period.
Product Condition and Specification
If the items are not in the specification or condition sent, we have the right to reduce or refuse the refund. If an item's warranty seal has been broken and/or the item's chassis has been opened without written permission, your warranty is invalidated, and you will lose your right to return. We have the right to reduce your refund price to reflect any product value reduction.
Refund Process
We will refund you through your original payment method as soon as possible. Delivery charges are not subject to refund.

Return Shipment and Liability
When you change your mind and return your item during the cooling-off period, you are responsible for shipping the item to us. If the item was misdescribed or faulty, we will arrange shipment of the item. If the item arrives and it has not been misdescribed or is not faulty, we have the right to reduce or reduce the refund to cover the shipment costs. We are not liable for damage in transit, including but not limited to when items are incorrectly or insufficiently packaged.
